As part of the management team at Drury Lane, I played a key role in developing new ideas and driving customer loyalty for the popular Sunday brunch at the in-house restaurant, Lucille. To increase return customers, I expanded the restaurant’s themed holiday offerings, collaborated on menu selections, crafted messaging, worked with our designer to create imagery, and implemented multi-channel marketing campaigns. By curating exciting themed events that aligned with seasonal celebrations and special occasions, we enticed customers to return.
